Failed or Declined Payments

Celebration Crafters is not responsible for declined payments, bank fees, foreign transaction fees, overdraft charges, or other fees imposed by a customer’s financial institution or payment provider.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
After a refund is issued, the customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to the account.
