Refund policy
At Celebration Crafters, we carefully prepare each order so your party décor arrives ready for your celebration.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping within the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Any available expedited shipping options and associated costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping generally takes 3–8 business days after processing.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of severe weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be delivered in separate packages. You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees when an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Shipping Address Changes
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make an address correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
Contact us promptly if your order:
- Arrives damaged
- Contains an incorrect item
- Is missing items
- Appears to be lost in transit
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Celebration Crafters purchase. Please review the following return requirements before sending an item back.
14-Day Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Requests submitted after the 14-day return period may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, uninflated, unassembled, and unaltered
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Returned in its original packaging
- Returned with all accessories, instructions, and included components
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or the original order number
Products that have been inflated, assembled, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Starting a Return
Before returning an item, contact us at [insert customer-service email] and provide:
- Your name
- Order number
- Item being returned
- Reason for the return
- Photographs if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Approved returns will receive return instructions and the correct return address.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an unwanted item, an item ordered by mistake, or an item that is no longer needed.
Celebration Crafters will cover reasonable return shipping costs when we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Celebration Crafters is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged before reaching the designated return address.
Item Condition and Loss in Value
Buyers are responsible for returning items in their original condition.
If an item is returned used, inflated, assembled, damaged, altered, incomplete, or without its original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The refund may be reduced to reflect the loss in value, or the return may be rejected if the item can no longer be resold.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Final-sale or clearance products marked as non-returnable
- Inflated balloons
- Used or assembled decorations
- Products that have been altered
- Products missing original packaging or included components
Any product-specific return restrictions will be disclosed on the applicable product page.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
There is no restocking fee for eligible items returned in their original condition.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To purchase a different item, color, size, or variation, return the eligible original item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
