Shipping policy

At Celebration Crafters, we carefully prepare each order to help your celebration essentials arrive safely and on time.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time begins after your order has been placed and payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, sales, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

Celebration Crafters currently ships to addresses within the United States.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Certain products or orders may qualify for free standard shipping when indicated on the product page or during checkout. Any optional expedited shipping charges will also be shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping generally takes 3–8 business days after processing.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 4–11 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping carrier receives the package.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages because products may be stored or fulfilled from different locations.

When an order is divided into multiple shipments, you will not be charged additional standard shipping fees beyond the amount shown at checkout. Separate tracking information may be provided for each package.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your shipping address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Celebration Crafters is not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.

Delayed or Missing Packages

A carrier may occasionally mark a package as delivered shortly before it arrives. Please allow up to 48 hours after a delivery scan before reporting the package as missing.

Before contacting us, please:

  • Check around the delivery location.
  • Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted the package.
  • Confirm that the shipping address on the order is correct.
  • Contact the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Please keep the product and its original packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Shipping Delays

Celebration Crafters is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, labor disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

We will assist with available tracking information and carrier inquiries whenever possible.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
